Introduction
Welcome to AutomateX. By accessing or using our platform, services and features, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document (the "Terms of Service"). This English version is provided for convenience; if it conflicts with the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors and other parties who access or use the services of AutomateX, including our websites, applications, APIs and integration tools.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services. Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

| "Service Plan" | The different levels of access and features offered under a payment plan. |
Conditions of use
By using the Service, you undertake to comply with the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of your legal guardian.
- The information you provide at registration is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
- You use the Service only for lawful purposes and not in violation of any law or regulation.
- You do not attempt to breach, weaken or disable the security features of the Service.
- You do not use the Service to distribute malicious content or spam, or to cause harm to others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates the above conditions without prior notice.
User accounts
To use the full features of the Service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account login credentials and password secure.
- All activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.
- Notifying us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
- Not sharing your account with any third party unless expressly permitted by AutomateX.
AutomateX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Intellectual property rights
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AutomateX and our licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws in Vietnam and internationally. Our trade names and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
With respect to content you create or upload through the Service: you retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to process it and provide the services.
Payment & Refunds
Paid service plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Payment will be renewed automatically on the due date unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice by email.
- No refunds are given for the portion of the service period already used in the current billing period.
- We offer a 14-day free trial for the Professional and Enterprise plans.
If you have any payment issues, please contact admin@automatex.vn within 7 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AutomateX does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateX shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data or profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
- The conduct of third parties integrated with the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Data protection
We are committed to protecting your data to the highest standards. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Your data is stored on secure servers in Vietnam and/or in the Asia-Pacific region. We do not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Termination of service
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. AutomateX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of this document.
- We detect fraud or abuse of the Service.
- A competent authority so requests, or the law so requires.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Your data will be retained for 30 days and may then be permanently deleted.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. When there are material changes, we will:
- Notify you by email at the address you registered.
- Display a prominent notice on the website and in the application.
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
