AutomateX was founded with a simple mission: to help Vietnamese businesses do more with less — through the power of artificial intelligence.
"Why do repetitive, tedious everyday tasks still take up most of a talented team's time?"
On 8 June 2026, AutomateX was founded on a clear belief: AI is not here to replace people — it is here to free people from the work that machines can do better.
We build intelligent automation systems that connect AI to real business workflows. From order processing and customer replies to reporting and content production — anything that can be automated should be, so people can focus on what truly matters.
Our journey has only just begun, but the goal is clear: raising work productivity for every Vietnamese business with AI.
The two things that guide us every day — and shape where we want to go.
We build AI automation systems that help businesses operate smarter, faster and more accurately. Every workflow we write serves a single goal: raising work productivity for your team.
We believe AI automation is not just for large corporations. By 2030, every small and medium-sized business in Vietnam will be able to adopt AI easily and affordably, in a way that fits its own context.
Every decision, every product, every project — must pass through these three filters.
We don't copy — we create. Every solution is designed around each business's specific problem, applying the latest AI technology while staying practical and easy to deploy.
Weeks, not months. Quarters, not years. We operate at startup speed — ship early, learn fast, iterate continuously — so your business sees results as soon as possible.
No "it seems better." Every project comes with concrete KPIs: hours saved, error rates reduced, revenue increased. If we can't measure it — we won't deploy it.
We are small, but fast — and always ready to hear about the challenges you face.
