Our commitment
At AutomateX, we treat your privacy as a core value. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our services. This English version is provided for convenience; if it conflicts with the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Your data is used only to provide and improve the services.
Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:

- Service providers: Technical partners (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics) bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements: When required by a competent authority in accordance with Vietnamese law.
- Business transfers: If AutomateX is merged or acquired, with prior notice to you.
- Protection of rights: When necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of AutomateX, our users or the public.
In all cases, we share information only to the minimum extent necessary.
Data storage
Your data is stored on secure infrastructure in the Southeast Asia / Asia-Pacific region.

You may request an export of all of your data at any time via the support email.
Information security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3.
- Encryption of data at rest using AES-256.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) for administrator accounts.
- Periodic security audits and penetration testing.
- Data access restricted on a "need-to-know" basis.
Although we apply multiple safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach affecting you, we will notify you within 72 hours.
Your rights
Under Vietnam's Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Right to object: Object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
- Right to restriction: Request that processing of your data be suspended while a complaint is being resolved.
- Right to data portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When there are material changes, we will notify you by email and display a notice in the service interface at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
The current version is always posted on this page with a clearly stated update date. You should review it periodically to stay informed of any changes.
